Carl Crozier, who formed a Compline Choir in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is an editor of Peter Hallock’s compositions, has written a short article on what is Compline.

entitled "The Faithful Are Casual At This Sunday Service".

There is a critique of the Compline Choir, the Compline service, and St. Mark’s Cathedral at the Ship of Fools website, from January, 2007. (NOTE: The critique mentions problems with microphones for the reader. In fact, none of the voices - spoken or sung - are "miked"; the only microphones used are for the simulcast on Classic KING 98.1 FM and on the Internet.)

Christopher DeLaurenti, in his July 29, 2008 music article for The Stranger, featured The Compline Choir in the first part of his review of the Seattle music scene.

The Compline service, as sung by The Compline Choir, has recently been cited by the Seattle Weekly for its Best of Seattle — 2008: Best Non-Alcoholic Happy Hour.

Feliks Banel, in his October 21, 2009 music article for Crosscut, featured The Compline Choir, its founder - Peter Hallock, its new music director - Jason Anderson, and the live broadcast of the Office of Compline on KING-FM.

On yelp.com, there are some reviews of St. Mark’s Cathedral - the sanctuary in which the Compline Choir sings - by a variety of people who have visited and written their impressions. Many of them mention the Compline Choir specifically.
